			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<blockquote><p>Il serait prévu d’expérimenter le <strong>dossier médical sur un support portable </strong>numérique. Cette expérimentation concernerait un échantillon de patients atteints d’affections de longue durée, ces personnes étant considérées comme <strong>particulièrement exposées au risque de surconsommation médicale.</strong></p>
<p>Les assurés devraient être précisément informés des conditions d’utilisation du support numérique hébergeant leur dossier médical. L’expérimentation serait lancée avant le <strong>31 décembre 2010</strong> et se déroulerait jusqu’au 31 décembre 2012.</p>
<p>C’est ce qu’indique en particulier la <strong>proposition de loi relative à l’expérimentation du dossier médical </strong>sur tout support portable numérique sécurisé pour les patients atteints d’affections de longue durée, adoptée en première lecture par l’Assemblée nationale le 23 mars 2010.</p>
<p>Ce texte reprend des dispositions votées par le Parlement à deux reprises (loi de financement de la sécurité sociale et loi portant réforme de l’hôpital et relative aux patients, à la santé et aux territoires) mais annulées pour des questions de forme par le Conseil constitutionnel.</p></blockquote>

<p>Les fortes attentes exprimées par les personnes interrogées appellent à donner <strong>un véritable coup d’accélérateur au développement de l’usage des TIC dans le cadre de l’exercice médical.</strong></p></blockquote>
<p><strong>Pour le grand public :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>91% des personnes interrogées estiment que l’utilisation des outils informatiques dans l’exercice de la médecine est une <strong>bonne chose</strong> pour leur suivi médical</li>
<li>78% souhaitent avoir la possibilité de<strong> savoir qui </strong> a eu accès à leur dossier médical et quelles informations ont été consultées</li>
<li>75% souhaitent pouvoir connaître<strong> la teneur des messages qui ont été échangés sur leur compte </strong> par des médecins ou d’autres professionnels de santé.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Pour les médecins :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>68% des médecins jugent la mise en place d’un <strong>dossier médical personnel informatisé</strong> et accessible par Internet utile dans le cadre de leur pratique quotidienne</li>
<li>62% d’entre eux jugent le déploiement d’une <strong>messagerie professionnelle sécurisée</strong> et dédiée aux médecins utile dans le cadre de leur pratique quotidienne</li>
<li>47% des médecins pensent que l’<strong>amélioration de la coopération entre les différents professionnels de santé </strong> sera le premier avantage du développement de l’utilisation des nouvelles technologies dans le cadre de la pratique médicale</li>

<p>Un nouveau groupe sur Linkedin, en anglais, pour la e-pharma et les e-évangélistes. Pour la petite histoire, je crée le groupe dès que la fonction a été ouverte sur LINKEDIN , puis j&#8217;oublie et&#8230;. trois demandes de membres, tous américains !</p>
<p>Du coup j&#8217;ai décidé d&#8217;animer sérieusement le groupe, mais je voudrais :</p>
<ul>
<li>reprendre le flux sur ce blog (je vais le faire dans un widget je pense)</li>
<li>faire un &quot;bouton&quot; join the group</li>
<li>organiser les passerelles wordpress-linkedin</li>
</ul>
<p>Prochaine étape, relier le groupe à mon profil FaceBook.</p>
<p>Les conseils seront les bienvenus car je voudrais le faire de manière efficace !</p>
<p>Et du coup, le forum intégré au blog n&#8217;a plus de sens, pour l&#8217;instant&#8230;</p>

<p>Le volet “quantitatif” de la réforme a entraîné les bouleversements les plus importants <strong>en médecine de ville</strong> . La prise en compte du <strong>coût-contact</strong> et l’émergence des <strong>stratégies multicanal</strong> imposent de nouvelles stratégies promotionnelles. <strong></strong></p>
<blockquote><p><strong>La montée en puissance du patient</strong> , placé au centre des stratégies, se traduit par :</p>
<p>-l&#8217;avènement des <strong>programmes d&#8217;ETP</strong> promus par la HAS,</p>
<p>-la mise en place de “Patient Support Programs” ou Programmes d’Observance ou de Coaching patient. L’industrie pharma se voit néammoins contrainte de <strong>déplacer rapidement une partie de ses investissements</strong> promotionnels vers ce type de programmes.</p></blockquote>
<p>Sont également de plus en plus utilisés <strong>les canaux</strong> d’information <strong>moins coûteux</strong> &#8211; marketing direct &#8211; et <strong>non encadrés</strong> par le CEPS, la HAS ou l’AFSSAPS. Parmi ces nouveaux canaux, le marketing relationnel avec les leaders d’opinion, l’Assurance maladie, les synergies avec les assureurs complémentaires, les agences nationales et régionales et les futures ARS …</p>
<p>Aujourd’hui ces <strong>nouvelles technologies</strong> de la relation client (web + télécoms + CRM) au sein d’un Contact Center représentent un apport essentiel en termes de <strong>marketing stratégique</strong> .</p>
<p>Sans elles pas de « datamining », pas de « one to one » ni de marketing de clientèle efficace ; elles permettent de délivrer au bon moment, la bonne information à la bonne personne, par le bon canal : web, e-mail, tweet, SMS, phoning, mailing, etc&#8230;</p>
<p>Le <strong>web</strong> (fixe et mobile) en particulier tient une place centrale, d’un faible coût/contact, il permet de réaliser à moindre coût une <strong>segmentation des clients</strong> , car il s’adapte aux demandes de sa cible, permettant l’identification facile des besoins. <p>Les <strong>services</strong> <strong>web 2.0</strong> jouent un rôle clé, en particulier lors de la prise en charge initale du patient et lors de son suivi au long cours. La création de communauté, la <strong>fidélisation des prescripteurs</strong> est désormais un objectif stratégique que des <strong>approches multicanal </strong> permettent d’atteindre plus efficacement, alors que les réseaux de Visiteurs Médicaux sont réduits en nombre et en moyens du fait d&#8217;un encadrement plus strict.</p>
<p>Nous sommes au début de la <strong>révolution de la relation client pour l&#8217;industrie pharmaceutique </strong> qui désormais doit appliquer les techniques d&#8217;indsutrie plus matures comme l&#8217;automobile ou la grande distribution !</div>

<p>Une grande chaîne interblogueurs a été lancée afin de mettre en évidence le fait que nous n’aimons pas Olivier Martinez.. nous ne l’aimons pas du tout ! <a href="http://www.google.fr/search?q=j%27aime+pas+olivier+martinez" target="_blank">TF1 en parle et d’ailleurs, vous pouvez vérifier sur Google que nous sommes de plus en plus nombreux à le penser</a> . (PS: le magazine Voici a même acheté de la pub sur la requête “J’aime pas Olivier Martinez”.)</p>
<p>Monsieur Martinez, si vous lisez ces lignes, je vous conseille de ne pas attendre le verdict du 26 mars afin de vous excuser de votre ignorance… Vous perdrez de toutes façons…et si vous ne perdez pas le 26 mars, vous perdrez en appel…</p>
<p>La loi sur l’économie numérique est très claire et vous n’avez respecté aucune procédure… Ne laissez pas vos avocats vous convaincre de continuer…Eux y ont tout à gagner (vous payerez leur facture quelque soit l’issue du procès)…mais vraiment pas vous !</p>
<p>Alors, sauvez au moins votre honneur en ne vous créant pas une foule d’ennemi…</p>
<p>En attendant, J’aime pas Olivier Martinez et <a href="http://www.pictogame.com/play/game/vRyP8SbUCD4f_je-n-aime-pas-olivier-martinez" target="_blank">je joue à ce jeu </a> jusqu’au 26 mars…minimum !</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Depuis hier, des internautes de l’Afrique et de l’Asie se rendent bien compte de la fragilité de la toile. Le <strong>bris de deux câbles sous-marins</strong>, quelque part entre l’Égypte et l’Italie, a des répercussions de plus en plus sérieuses dans le monde.</p>
<p>Les <strong>services internet et les liaisons téléphoniques</strong> internationales sont <strong>affectés sur plusieurs continents</strong>. Ainsi, en Asie, au Moyen Orient et dans le nord de l’Afrique, de grandes communautés sont frappées à différents niveaux. Les <strong>places</strong> <strong>boursières</strong> dans différents pays sont également touchées à des degrés divers.</p>
<p><!-- content -->En Inde, le réseau internet a pratiquement été coupé de moitié, selon certaines informations, les responsables font des pieds et des mains pour tenter de rediriger le trafic vers des satellites ou d’autres câbles importants d’Asie. <strong>En Inde, environ 700 mille personnes travaillent dans le domaine de la sous-traitance informatique</strong> et dépendent directement du Net pour vivre et travailler.</p>
<p>Tout comme hier, <strong>plusieurs pays arabes de la région du Golfe</strong> sont toujours affectés par cette panne. C’est le cas des Émirats Arabes Unis, du Koweït, de l’Arabie Saoudite et du Qatar.</p>
<p>Quant à la cause de la panne comme telle, impossible d’obtenir des informations précises. Selon certaines sources, un câble sous-marin a été coupé, peut-être par une ancre de bateau. Selon d’autres sources, la panne est due au bris de deux câbles sous-marins, distants d’environ un kilomètre. Les responsables affirment ignorer ce qui a pu les endommager en même temps.</p>
<p>Quant à la durée des réparations, certains parlent d’une semaine, d’autres de plusieurs semaines.</p>
<p>Quoi qu’il en soit, si la situation perdure, on peut présumer que <strong>l’Amérique sera touchée indirectement par les effets de la panne</strong>. Plusieurs grandes sociétés ont confié en <strong>sous-traitance toute la gestion de leur système informatique</strong> à des compagnies comme CGI au Québec, qui de leur côté, ont des milliers d’employés un peu partout dans le monde, notamment en Inde et en Asie Pacifique. Certaines compagnies en Grande-Bretagne et sur la cote Est des États-Unis sont déjà affectées par les effets de ce bris.</p>
